We'll help you understand what your plan covers

Hearing benefits vary from one plan to the next, and the details are often unclear. Tell us your plan and our office checks what applies, then walks you through the cost before you decide anything.

Networks we bill through

Three networks, covering most major plans

We bill through third-party hearing benefit networks that connect to a range of carriers. If yours is not listed, ask us anyway. Coverage changes often.

Ear Professionals Network

Routes UnitedHealthcare hearing benefits.

UnitedHealthcare

TruHearing

The broadest of the three, covering several major carriers.

Blue Cross Blue Shield Network Health WPS Humana Some Aetna plans UAW Trust

Nations Hearing

Routes Aetna hearing benefits.

Aetna
How pricing works

Bundled or unbundled. Your choice.

Two clear ways to pay for hearing aids and the care that comes with them. We offer both and will help you decide which fits.

One price

Bundled pricing

The hearing aids and a defined set of follow-up services, such as fittings, adjustments, and routine care, are combined into a single price.

Suits

People who prefer everything in one predictable package.

Pay as you go

Unbundled pricing

The cost of the devices is kept separate from the cost of care, so you pay for services as you use them.

Suits

People who want more control over what they pay for and when.

Before you decide

We'll check your benefits for you.

Hearing benefit plans can be hard to read. Send us your details and we do the legwork.

How it works

Tell us your plan and our office verifies what your benefits cover. We then explain your options and put a good-faith estimate in writing, so the cost is clear before you decide anything. Most plans cover part of the cost of an evaluation or hearing aids, though the exact amount depends on your plan.

Do you take my insurance?

We bill through third-party hearing benefit networks, including Ear Professionals Network for UnitedHealthcare, TruHearing for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Network Health, WPS, Humana, some Aetna plans, and the UAW Trust, and Nations Hearing for Aetna. Tell us your plan and our office will check what applies to you.

What if my plan is not listed?

Ask us anyway. Hearing benefits change often, and we can check whether a network we work with covers your plan.

Can I get a good-faith estimate?

Yes. Before you commit to anything, our office will walk you through the expected cost in writing so there are no surprises.

What is the difference between bundled and unbundled pricing?

Bundled pricing combines the hearing aids and follow-up care into a single amount. Unbundled keeps the cost of the devices separate from the cost of services, so you pay for care as you use it. Both are available and we will help you figure out which fits your situation.
