What are your office hours?
The Glendale office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Call or send a message and we will find a time that works for you.
Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No referral needed. You can call or message the office directly to schedule a hearing evaluation or any other service. If your insurance plan requires one, we can help you understand what applies.
Will you check my insurance coverage?
Yes. Tell us your plan when you reach out and our office will check what your benefits cover, then explain bundled and unbundled pricing so the cost is clear before you come in.
Do you offer in-home or mobile care?
Yes. Dr. Aussem provides in-home and mobile visits and runs hearing clinics at senior-living communities across Milwaukee's north shore, in addition to the Glendale office.
