You decide what matters
ReSound trains its AI specifically on sounds most listeners agree are unwanted noise, things like cafeteria babble, traffic, and airplane engines, and then reduces them carefully, preserving the background detail the brain still needs. The wearer stays in control of the listening experience rather than handing that decision entirely to the device.

The smallest microRIE with onboard AI
The Vivia microRIE carries a dedicated AI chip inside the world's smallest hearing aid of its type. Discretion and full AI performance do not require a trade-off on this platform.
Battery
Among the longest battery life in the category
Up to 30 hours on a single charge, with a 10-minute quick charge that adds 2.7 hours of use. Bluetooth LE Audio draws less power than older wireless standards, which helps extend those numbers when streaming is involved.
Connectivity
Fully activated Auracast from day one
Vivia is one of the only hearing aids currently activated to receive Auracast broadcasts without a future firmware update. Compatible venues, theaters, places of worship, airports, can stream audio directly to the hearing aids now, not after a software release.

The ReSound Sensia, up close
The Sensia's sound processing, called Intelligent All-Around, combines three technologies. AcoustIQ reads your sound environment and decides which features to use. Four microphones, two on each ear, work together to focus on speech in front of you, a technique called beamforming. And a deep neural network (DNN), an AI trained on speech, reduces competing voices and background noise around the person you are talking with.
At North Shore Hearing, the Sensia is verified with Real Ear Measurement so the sound matches your ear, not factory defaults. The Sensia is deliberately patient before using its strongest processing. It waits until it detects a steady conversation in noise, which can take about a minute, so the sound stays stable instead of shifting every time the room changes briefly.
